Will adding % to ceq make it act like a 2nd % eq piece if we already have one? Example: I have a 15% FF aeq and add 12% FF to ceq, will the 12% act like a 2nd piece and be reduced to 6%? The thread says subject to AEQ stacking limitations so I'm taking that to mean it would be reduced to 6%.

That's right, it will count as 6%.
