Because the details about this change are lengthy, rather then post them all in an announcement, they are going to be included in the original post of the discussion thread we are hosting in order to give users the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the changes. We also welcome you to point out any potential flaws/issues so that we can make revisions and corrections. We hope to have this finalized within the next week so that Bort can begin coding.

It is an upgrade and definitely not a money grab. The cost per player was figured out a few pages back.

So someone posted any dots under 80 days old should be scrapped and start fresh under the new system. Is there any truth to this? I've tried to keep up with this thread but it moves faster then I can log in.

When the shuffle happens, what happens to the teams that qualify for 2 brackets? Like a team that's 279 now becomes 153. They qualify for the Upper National or the Semi-Pro.

Day 79 dots will lose a few training days compared to freshly made dots. Something like 3-4 days, or if off season goes to 52 days or so they will be at breakeven.

Not a big deal in my mind.

we already have 60 day ranges, so I imagine it's the same as it is now. You'll go into the lower of the two leagues, since that's where you'd be most competitive. So your 153 team would go to Upper Nationals.

They can play in either, as long as their whole team fits under the cap

Are the *1.6 training gains rounded or with the decimal. Also if my math is right a new Intense train on an 8 attribute would be an 109 gain rounded.... is this correct? I mean is it possible under the new system to get larger then an 100% gain with 1 train?

What happens to skill points?

So my player who will be 439 at end of this season has already turned in his extra XP for TP.

When conversion happens, multiply age by 0.6 and round up... he'll be 264. Since plateau isn't until 280, that means he'll earn XP again for first 16 days of next season?

It's possible under the old system if you have the percentage gains (I've done it, works fine), so I would assume it will remain possible under the new system.
