Q: Do we get the BTs back it took to roll a piece, and even say swap location of a piece? How does bort know how many times we rolled to get a piece if that is true and also will there be some sort of indication of how much we get pack prior to actually selling a piece?
A: If the AEQ was purchased prior to May 2nd, you would get back all bonus tokens invested in the piece including store refreshes (which Bort can track). There will be some sort of indication of how much you will get back prior to refunding the piece.
Q: Will I be able to swap something purchased today? If I roll a break block piece today and buy it can I swap it for a make tackle piece season 24 if I want to do that?
A: You can swap/convert something purchased today. You can not refund it.
Q: Is the date cutoff regarding the refund policy focused on the purchase date only (which is how I initially read it) or does it include when AEQ is upgraded? For example, I have a CB that I just boosted to level 64 and whose equipment I plan on upgrading. He has a +%FF piece that I plan on either swapping to +DB% or refunding this coming offseason. If I upgrade the piece this morning, will I still be able to get those 24 BTs refunded next offseason should I prefer a refund, or are they lost and I should hold off upgrading this season?
A: It's based solely on the AEQ's purchase date. If it was purchased prior to May 2nd it does not matter when it was upgraded. You would receive a full refund for all bonus tokens invested in the piece including upgrades.
