My guard has a little over 28 stamina, is the backup RG,LG,C, gets about 48 plays per game and only gets down to 77-9- energy after the game.

You do run to the left as well. If you actually go through your replays about half the amount of the outside runs to the right are runs to the outside left. SO if your team ran 10 plays outside right, about 5-6 plays would also have been run to the outside left.
