Much like the passing buff that was implemented a few seasons ago, this would increase the baseline speed of a dot and the buff would decrease as the dot approaches level 30.

I don't see many peewee voices in this thread, just a bunch of guys who wouldn't be affected by this anyway.

I don't see a problem with the speed of players. I see a problem with vision/agility at the lower levels.

For people who play at the low levels it's not the speed that's a problem it's the vision. If you want to change anything down in the Pee Wee/Rookie levels, a change to the Vision would be a much better benefit.

It just happened to work out that way....like I said above....I was drinking last night, and suddenly I had this whole concept pop into my head. I wrote it up in a word document, and when I went to the thread to copy and paste it, that guy just happened to be the last poster. The irony was too good, so I had to make some comment.
