Id be happy with that. CLEARLY they have decided on these strict rules SINCE the original announcements. Hence catch having it clearly wrong and advising people incorrectly. You cant advise wrongly and then just say 'oh well'.

Just make it any items brought from this day forward cannot be exhanged. You wont believe how much easier the GLB world will go by then. Gonna be a heck of a lot of angry people otherwise.

if you built 5% break tackle piece, pre 5/2.

shop for a 5% (any offensive modifier) item now...

refund the BT piece, and swap the recently shopped for piece to net gain ~45 tokens.

rules were stated. rules end up wrong. people lose out cos rules are wrong.


what do people gain from 'gaming the system' seriously? a couple of cheaper % AEQ if they worked it perfectly or something? but all the people who bought AEQ under the idea they could change it when it became less worth it under new rules have to just put up with it? who is the bigger percentage losing out do you think?

well there you go. its quite easy to 'game' the system still regardless. so a full reset is gonna harm who?

I guess since this doesnt impact me leave the May 2nd deadline. My dots need all the advantage they can get

you must be trying out for a mod job i assume

'We don't track shopping token usage, so unfortunately your best bet is to buy a piece with every shopping token and converting it to a piece that makes more sense for your player. You'll of course receive a refund of any BT's invested in the piece bought with shopping tokens, so that should not be a worry.'

even if you think EVERYONE is gaming the system - which they are not, catch said that doing that would ensure all tokens would be refunded....

correct me if im wrong but when catch says something you tend to think that its per the rules and not gaming anything

last I heard they were working on the details

catch got drilled with a million questions and maybe made a mistake
