So I thought Demotion was the bottom 4 from each Division? Am I wrong?

We learned last year that it is the 8 lowest records regardless of division. This is 2 years in a row where 5 have been pulled from the West.

Is it not identified in some demotion procedure thread buried in this site somewhere?

There never really was a set in stone rule as far as I remember. It just so happened each season each conference had 4 terrible teams on each side.

I wonder what the tie breaker is for the 8th team if tied record wise

It's points allowed, that's what they used to use to decide what 2nd place teams went from silver to gold when there were more than 8 spots available.

I have contacted support for some explanation and consideration on this demotion. It probably will not matter, however Wins/Losses regardless of Conference is not the proper way to determine demotion. This way is easiest for them to do and given the fact that GLB doesn't give 2 squirts about PeeWee it will not be corrected.

Maybe I'll just turn into a Tourny Team.

Sucks Mike, but the same thing happened to Faster Horses last season. He contacted support and they basically told him "it is what it is" and that "if you belong in Gold you'll make it back".

I just hope the East isnt stuck with 2 cpu teams with the 2 new teams that made it. Neither has a full roster. Dirty could take one spot and my PWU team could take the other

I do agree that they should replace teams with full CPU Rosters..

PWU/ The Warriors both deserve a shot if they end up replacing the "CPU" Teams..

LFL lost the CG in the final minute.

LFL would be deserving..... Flip of the coin at this point perhaps.

I pmd support, they are going to leave things like they are. East gets 2 bye weeks and 2 west teams get two freebies, good luck to the lottery!
