i where just thinking can you make a defence there is really good at interceptions in GLB or in real life team??

Scout the offense.
Find plays that have specific progressions.
Try to figure out ways to tag inputs for this play.
Double/Triple cover the usual pass progressions.
However their is still a bit of RNG, and the build matters here quite a bit. But if you have a good defensive dot you can give them better odds at interceptions by doing this.
Also if you can use zone to get a defender to be positioned slightly underneath the pass they can have a good shot at it with high jumping.
