I'm multi-training Confidence, Agility, Vision and subbing in either Speed or Stamina in the last spot. I average about 1 pancake a game, while another ROT on the team with comparable STR, SPD, and BLK but less confidence, vision, and MUCH less agility had twice as many pancakes...

How does my build look? Did I screw up somewhere? Do I need to change my tactics?

Also, is it normal for LOTs in general to get 5-6x more pancakes than ROTs? This is the pattern I've noticed on a couple of teams and I was wondering what the reason for that was...

Thanks.

I would have taken agility to 77 before moving on to other skills. Speed and stamina would be much higher on my list of priorities than confidence or vision.

End build you want as close to 60 stamina as possible. At this point you should have either capped stamina or have it trained to 38 and ready to cap. This is most likely why your current performance is not what you would like. Most other players at this age simply have more gas in their tank for games.

Below is my RT that is retiring. If I did it again I would probably do it with a little less speed and a little more strength.

As a run-blocker, I thought the cap order was strength, blocking, and agility... and I'm not done capping agility yet. I haven't moved on yet.

I hear you regarding the stamina issue, though. I probably should started off unlocking stamina as part of my multi-training instead of confidence. Still, vision and confidence are majors, so I figured they needed to be trained earlier than stamina.

Your right in the order, and as for the ROT getting less cakes then a LOT it does seem to be like LOT gets tons more. He looks good just get agi up to 77 or if your extream 81 and on to vis/conf.

LOT's tend to get more in early circunstances because most pass rushing DE's they go against aren't strength based, so they either allow a sack or pancake the speedy buggers.

I would keep going on agility till 81 cap, you look like you are doing OK, confidence would not have been my choice for a multi-train but at this point there is no fixing it because you don't have much multi-trainin g left unless you are planning 3 AEQ.

For a ROT your strength does seem like it was capped alittle lower then should be (was it 77?), but this is not a Gameover type of error. Don't be concerned with your lower stamina at this point, as angrydragon states, just work it up and you do definitely want it at about 60+ when all is said and done.

Regarding strength, I don't quite remember but I seem to think I capped it at 81.. but I'm not sure. It's almost 89 now. Thanks for all the advice!

I would have speed at 60 before going to stamina.

As for the LOT v ROT thing, it would make sense that LOTs knock down more RDEs since they are lighter pass rushers while the LDE is traditionally a bigger run stuffer.

Also does the other OT have pancake? He shouldnt at that level but if he put points there (and those extra points had to go somewhere) that would explain why he is getting more pancakes now. Also if he put VA into attribute boosters that obviously would factor in.
