I do 74 agility
74 maybe 69 blocking (depends on what you want your end build to look like)
then 77 strength
balance remaining skills
work on SAs

I don't think these numbers are high enough. I would take agility to 78 at least, possibly 81, and I would take blocking to 78, then strength to 81 for sure, maybe even 83.

Speed I would likely shoot for 70-78 and I would start training it around level 40.

I guess it all depends on your end goals. I hate to quote old math that I did a long time ago but I am pretty sure that taking agility to 74 first should get the result of about 90 agility end build.

Then addressing blocking followed by strength should get you 80+ blocking and 130+ strength with all eq in strength end build. Going higher than I suggested on either of these skills is a good idea but it will take away from remaining skills and SAs in the future.

Stamina at 57 to 60 is pretty much a must. Speed to 69 and vision to 69 are also important for pass blocking O linemen. I have taken speed much higher and the results are awesome when pass blocking on rare plays. I think vision is key to spot blitzes when the blocker has no primary blocking target. I have seen my C drop back and pick up pass rushing DEs or OLBs in rare cases. I attribute that to speed, FS, and vision. The problem is that it is cool but rare.

69 speed, 69 vision, and 7 FS seems to be just fine for picking up blitzers imo. I know it sounds weird since blitzing LBs can have 140+ speed

I don't disagree with your statements or philosophy, I just think you are selling a dot well short of what he can be.

For instance, here is a possible projected end-build for one of my LOTs. With a little tweaking, you can see how he would be a pass-blocking Guard instead.

Player Build
Position: ot_pass_blocker

Attributes:
strength : 90.3 (140.3)
speed : 75.3
agility : 95.05 (100.05)
jumping : 6
stamina : 62.3
vision : 67.05
confidence : 68.05
blocking : 94.05
throwing : 8
catching : 8
carrying : 8
tackling : 8
kicking : 8
punting : 8

Top SA Tree: | 4 | 3 | 3 | 3 | 6(11) |
Bottom SA Tree: | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Additional SA Tree: | 4 |

2x Hold Block, 1 x Protector

Player Build
Position: ot_pass_blocker
Season: 9
Day: 1
Level: 74
XP: 139
VA XP: 25
VA: 66
Bonus Tokens: 913
Training Points: 0
SP: 0

Attributes:
strength : 92.8
speed : 80.8
agility : 94.01
stamina : 60.8
vision : 63.02
confidence : 63.02
blocking : 87.51

Top SA Tree: | 1 | 1 | 1 | 2 | 3 |
Bottom SA Tree: | 5 | 8 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Additional SA Tree: | 8 | (FS)

That leaves 3 pieces of AEQ

I was thinking 6 in agility to get it to 100
49 in strength to get it to 141.8

protect piece so it will be 10 with CE/AE
HBC % piece

Not sure on 3rd piece. I was thinking possibly quick cut or maybe FS or get low and put less sp in that attribute. Could do another HBC but I think that using the new CEQ for % is probably better. You get 6% and +6 SA using CEQ for % bonus vs 7.5% and +4 SA at an additional 45 BT cost using CEQ for +SA bonus.

With making a guard, don't need to put pts into the pass block tree, and could possibly do with less SAs, especially since the new CEQ is coming out.

edit: and in the future, blitzers are going to have 160+ speed

Them two builds are very impressive. I am assuming there is some late build multi-training to pull it off. Or some other elite tricks of the trade.

My original build plans were done on the fly way back when archetypes were still kind of new. I also, had to do my best to keep it simple because not all of my teammates have the same building experience. Both builds above are very impressive and it would be amazing to see an entire 10 player O line built like this.

I think Rage is cutting his vision too short. I see speed, and vision as connected attributes when pass blocking. Without enough vision a player as fast and agile as your plan might waffle or hesitate when spotting blitzers. Might, being the key word. Of course if you have 10 linemen all built similar they might not have to make the same crazy moves to pick up blitzers.

Yeah , i would definitely shoot for higher caps to start. Here is one of my LoT, mind you i have since tweaked the build and got things even higher, i just didnt have a copy paste lying around of the newer version.

Attributes:
strength : 84.16 + 58 = 142.16
speed : 80.16
agility : 96.83
jumping : 6
stamina : 60.16
vision : 69.83
confidence : 52.83
blocking : 86.83
throwing : 8
catching : 8
carrying : 8
tackling : 8
kicking : 8
punting : 8

Top SA Tree: | 3 | 2 | 2 | 3 | 11 |
Bottom SA Tree: | 4 | 11 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Additional SA Tree: | 3 | Quick Cut

With the new changes I would totally suggest attempting the extreme builds over my earlier conservative suggestions.

I am building a pass only team - we are getting along with our builds and I have experimented with so many builds and I still cant find anything that works besides really high strength and agility....and all eq in strength. Blocking is close to useless after a certain point. vision seems to help....otherwise, /???????????

I have been rolling with an all passing team since season 17 I think. I find that my teams LOTs give up the most sacks when the RDE bounces inside. Other than that setting the O lines tactics to pass block and good agility seems to keep the QB safe imo.
