LOL, don't think that's what they had in mind. I think it's more like a deep screen where the FB is out in front of the HB so when the HB gets it, he has a lead blocker. But that blocker shouldn't engage the defender when the ball is still in the air and the defender has a chance to make a play on the ball!!!
No contact is allowed when the ball is in the air, even within the first 5 yards.
Not bitching about the outcome of the play, my team still got shit spanked and stopping that play wouldn't have changed anything. I just don't like to see something like this.

I think we are all in agreement when we don't like to see something happening in the sim that we don't like that is ambiguously explained.
We are all playing with the same sim, we just have to learn to work around it.
Allinall, I understand your frustration, we all feel it at some point.

No, but the FB is entitled to his own space. Basically if the ball is in the air and he stops like a curl route it's not like he has to get out of the defender's way. This type of thing happens IRL all the time.
Seems to me another whining thread by Gerr. You want to double everyone and expect that ROLB to cover both FB and HB, seems to me the play is working as intended. Fail thread IMO
RK, if I want your opinion, I'll give it to you since you seem incapable of an original idea or adding anything meaningful to a possible bug debate.
LE, I goofed when I made some recent changes to my defense and my FS wasn't supposed to follow the WR1, so it was my bad that were wasn't any over the top help. But in this situation, the RO was supposed to cover the HB and the MB was supposed to cover the FB. The MB seems to have missed a Vision check as he was late in his coverage, but the RO was doing just as intended and would have had a chance to knock the ball down and/or make a quick tackle had he not been blocked by the FB while the ball was in the air. If you know your football, that is NOT allowed!
I am only trying to point a possible bug. If people think this works as intended, I challenge anyone to find another instance of an offensive player blocking the assigned defender while the ball was still in the air.
