looking at some builds and advice I've seen and am trying to use that to figure out how to multi train this guy.

Speed trained first and dumping SP's into it for awhile. Should I be capping Str or Agility next?

I'm thinking when I multi train I will spend tokens on tackling/vision/(either Str or stamina) which ever i don't I will cap 1st.

I would do str next since it's a major. Agility is not for a HH.

always start with tackling IMO. to 77
Then speed. to 77
Then Strength to 74
Then Vision to 74
Then agility to 68

Or you can take str and tackling to 68 cap and then take speed to 77, with same caps for everythign else.

For the first method multi train spd, stength, vision, aility
Then replace speed with stamina
Then str with confidence
Then you hit day 240 and switch to light for 4 AEQ's... or if you are sticking with 3 AEQ's you switch vision for jumping, and then agility for catching.

OR you enhance speed/tackling/strength/vision (choose 2) and let them train up to get 3 attributes in the 90's, or speed closer to 100 and one other attribute past 90.

Not sure which method is best, but I'm doing all of them right now.

well crap, sounds like i started wrong, but not awful. Have speed about to 3rd cap and have str well higher than tackling. So I may go with spending tokens to multi vision, tacking agility and switch strength out for stamina once str is where it needs to be.

this won't be an awful build will it?

speed is way more important for a SS than anything else... even in forcing fumbles.

This. Will be building my HH SS next season starting with speed. Going vision after as I like visionary SS =)

lol both of my builds end with speed at 145.
Are you suggestign the extra points gettign speed to 150 are more important than taking tackling to a point where with Textbook Tackler VA, and NO EQ points my dots have 99+ tacklign is not as important?

Sure speed is important, but where is the cut-off for how much you need to sacrifice? Can you still get the job done with 145 speed? with 80 vision and 8 Super vision? With 83+ strength? There is a point that I think is a minimum for a SS in each attribute, and as long as you don't go lower than it you can be a passable safety. Mosto f my losses are in agility and jumping, as agility only gets to 77 end build and jumping only gets to 46, so he'll be weak in man coverage, but I'm hoping to offset that with points in CD SA, but it's penalized, so not sure if it's a good idea, but thats why I went with the combo SA for my hard hitting FS and CB's, just to avoid the penalized CD SA.

What exactly are ya'lls end build plans for your HH Safeties when you start with speed? How do ya'll see them being used and reacting in a defense? Why do ya'll think it's a better option than Tackling or Strength? How are ya'll going to arrange VA's and EQ?

I've been told if you're going a HH SS build, you're shooting yourself in the foot if you go insane ~140 speed. I'd go 130, max, and put extra into tackling. Your job is to force fumbles - everything else is secondary.

You must be talking about a STOP SS.

Number of defenders on MPHD (the best defense in WL for 4 seasons running) who took speed as their first capped attribute....?

Zero.
