I thought Heavier players already took a hit on speed. Is there proof that this isn't the case and 320 lb lineman can run as fast as a 190 lb wr with the same speed.

IMO

For the sake of easy programming, 130 speed should be the same regardless of weight. Weight should be a limiting factor on how much speed can be applied with SP and EQ.
