Should there be different specialists for Kick-off than Kick return? or Punt and Punt return?

I see a lot of players making Centers for ST positions, but don't they have issues with tackling on Kick-offs or Punts?
Are there better positions such as LB or DE for this?

Just depends on the Archetype you select. You can have a Center with Speed in the 100's along with high strength, blocking and tackling.

A lot of people prefer using SS for STOPs because they have better SA's available. I like Centers because they're cheaper to build.
