Don't worry about experience, I'm just looking for people that are willing to make a commitment and see it through. It's a Casual Team so the time requirements aren't huge and its a good place to learn some of the GLB basics. Come and give it a try in a low pressure environment.

I did a little bit of scouting/OC before although that was a long time ago (Season 8/9/10)

I prefer working with the offense, though I don't know how that works on casual
