I'm the owner of the Ohio State Dotball http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1248 (mostly OSU fans but all are welcome) who went 10-5 last season and are now in Sophomore Competitive league. We have a full offensive roster and a DC and ST as well. I'm looking for a new OC because our current one doesn't have time anymore. I let the OC have the freedom to do what they please, adjusting the depth chart and game plan according to what they want. The only things that I require are for the OC to game plan for each game, stay active, and give players equal playing time since we are in the younger leagues right now (but of course I still value winning).
