About 2/3's of the way through the season (IE read week 11-ish) I'm gonna to try and come up with a Pro Bowl balloting system.

Not quite sure what it will entail yet, but I'm thinking it will be something that all owners/GM's can copy/paste into their respective team forums, tabulate votes from there, and send me the final results via PM.

If I find it to not be too time consuming putting together, and I get enough responses from it, I am going to do a full 54 man roster (so basically starters and backups).

As well, and again if it's not too time consuming, I might break it down to Alpha and Zeta teams. But, not sure yet on that one. Just depends on how much work is involved.

Keep it in the back of your minds.

Thanks

Ot

Could you also do my awards this year? I'm gonna be on vacation when the time comes around.

Uh sure, I'll have a look at them, and should be able to do that for you.

I'll tie it all in somehow.

I hate to inform the other team kickers, but the kicker for the Texas Aggies Sigmund the Seamonster IS the Pro Bowl Selection for Alpha.

Thanks

I'd have to disagree with you there seeing that our (Minsk) kicker, Tex Bailey, leads the league in just about everything at this point.

I won't argue that, but Siggie has kept us in the W column all year long.

Translation: He's saved our ass on numerous occasions!

One of the Zeta DE's should be dave randolph he's tied for 2nd in sacks an tied for 7th in hurries.

Randolph's having a great year, but look at Laurent Croft too. He's among the conference leaders in Tkl and FFum and probably TFL (20) plus he has 3 Sacks and a bunch of hurries.

lol, ok this isn't the forum to discuss it.

You'll all get your chance to vote, around week 11.

Just wanted to put it in everyone's minds is all.

Otega,

Just like the Oscar's, you have to start the PR campaign early.

does the GLB forum have a Poll option for new threads/topics?

Or does anyone know of a website (a public messageboard/forum) where you can create voting polls for various positions and then provide the link in this thread? I've seen this done in another GLB league at the end of season 2, but can't recall which one it was!

No idea, but if you find one, let me know. Would be so much easier than creating a template and cutting/pasting here.
