-Adjust casual playbook to only include inside runs when using goal line formation

Why is this happening? Will they really only let you run up the middle out of goal line formation? If so that's one of the dumbest changes I've seen. Have they never watched football?

that's not what that means. It means if the AI calls a goal line play it will only call an inside running play. It won't call the goal line outside runs or screens because casual defenses have no way of countering those plays.
