Um, did you have a question/situation you wanted help with?

Just as a general note, it looks like you have a decent build for a ROT, yet you are playing LOT.

picking up where he left off, if you expect to be playing LOT in the future, probably best to put points into pass blocking SA. also, favor putting points in blocking more than strength.

more blk, more str. daily train spd to 25 then conf to 25.

Agreed. It is also worth noting that your blocking bar is higher than the ROT's bar. Unless he has a very specialized build, or your team is running a reversed line for some reason (not sure how well that would work without advanced tactics); it might be in your teams best interest to swap the OTs.
