Our news said today that 400 are still missing and will go down as the most horric tornado outbreak beating the 1930s outbreak. Pretty sad, but awesome footage, just wish no one was in the path. I did a lot of chasing back about 10 years ago. I witnessed a few F3 and man it's just hord to fatham anyone being in a house while it's passing through. Scary shit.

I know a few people down there...19 yr old son of my Dad's friend moved there a couple yrs ago. Good people. Word is he, his family, and everybody he knows there are OK.

God bless Alabama, and the rest of the country hit hard by these storms. Last summer my house was destroyed while I was in it by a microburst storm. The bathroom I just walked out of after hearing a freight train sound was completely wiped out(3 seconds after I left it), and the house started caving in as we raced to the basement after yanking our kids out of their cribs. My incident was bad enough, I can't even imagine what some people have endured in the last few days.

God gave me a second chance at life that day, and I pray he is with all those who are dealing with these tragedies.

I am from alabama but now live in atlanta. i am so thankful that none of my friends family and loved ones lost anything that could not be replaced. to those that were not as fortunate i echo the prayer from bryceps in the name of the living Savior Jesus Christ.

Preliminary EF4s. I wouldn't be surprised if after more examination one of them isn't upgraded. We had quite a bit of damage here in Arkansas last Monday but nowhere near the devastation in Alabama. Prayers go out to all those effected by the storms.

Thank the good Lord this didnt touch down,but unfortunately it did about 20 miles from here....
Ive never seen so much destruction from mother nature before,everyday on the news were hearing horrible details on the outcome of all these tornados last thursday like finding people 300 feet in fields from were they used to live.Parents cant find their kids,husbands cant find their wives and the same women cant find their husbands.Total Destruction.....................
