I am in need of 3 Coaches this season.
The way we works is that we have a private forum where all weekly game planning goes on. All the Coordinators and Scouts work together in there to form a solid gameplan for each game. Onliy the OC and DC actually work the AI. All others just scout and give input, and possibly check over to AI to prevent errors.
We already have a DC, OC, Asst OC and ST coach.
What we need is
Asst DC - Someone to work with me personally forming a solid gameplan weeking with the defense. They will do scouting on the other teams offense down to player and archtype level.
Opponent Scout - Someone who watches the previous games of the opponent and gets to know their team in general. They play with the scouting tool for general tendancies and help direct the coordinators and asst coordinators on where to focus their scouting needs. They also must be proficient with the scouting tool
Own Team Scout - This scout will watch our previous game and give us his take on what we did that worked, and didn't work. They would watch the game and look for holes in our own AI and what we can do to better that for the following week.
If anyone is interested in any of these positions, please PM me. I don't need experts, just people who are dedicated and willing to work together for a common goal and have some experience.
