Picture should explain it pretty well. Basically you check which stuff you want rather then a dropdown, this gives you a lot more choices you can use and unlocks a purpose to the friends list.

If you qualify for anything checked then you can see the build.

breaking coordinators up is an idea too, only issue is we're already running out of room, I had to expand the area as is.

That's more complicated and would need to be a separate suggestion. This is just changing how you're able to share your build with people. You can't already open your tactics to others, so adding that feature that would be a bigger issue.
