Would it be worth to invest in a Change Direction piece of AEQ? Would it help the G/OT move side to side more in blocking or help down field blocking at all?

I am always hearing people using this SA but I just don't know. I never tried it as I always figured that a player needs more distance to travel to make it work as designed.

Not saying it doesn't work on the O line. Just saying I have seen first step work wonders in the pass blocking game for my O linemen. So that is always my extra SA.

Never thought about using before and was just kind of wondering about it since a lot of D-linemen use it, maybe the O-line could use it to counteract what the D is doing.

I dunno, especially considering most O-lineman generally have 30-40% more agility than speed. Seems to me that it would be a bit redundant. I don't see it being better than first step.
