I think an assload of teams demoted and they were left with no other choice.
(Guyana Punch promoted when we were level 56 too)

They should then consolidate the Pro Leagues....it always seems like every season they have teams that shouldn't be there. I hate playing games that are 255-0 games as it's so pointless. I think it should be tough to get into the Pro's just like it's tough to get into WL. They need fewer leagues, fewer teams and more dots. It just seems like they do the complete opposite by making more leagues, having more CPU teams and fewer dots to choose from.
