We went 12-4 last season in university elite... re-arranging some staff since we're starting to gameplan more and focus less on the building process.

We got killed on a lot of punt returns last season and I'm looking for someone who can put the players in the positions to correct that as well as set them up for the other situations, to help us improve field position.
