Essentially looking to add 1-2 teams either top silver teams (who boost/custom) or a single Gold team...
I intend to spend at least 1-2 hours a day strictly game planning, and at least 1-2 hours a day talking smack...

I don't care to "dictate" builds in fact with my long absence from the game would much prefer to work with a dedicated build plan that I can work around, and of course suggest minor changes to.
I want this to be a long-term job... for many seasons... but I'll take what I can get.
To be a bit more specific:
I am looking to OC or DC not to do both, I only am interested in doing one side of the ball, since my predetermined level of dedication paired with my absolute demand for perfection is something that prevents me from fulfilling both roles.
