Co-owner here of the Bayou Blue here. I am posting in here in need of some great quality sraff memebers for the team. This season we came up short in the first round and plan to change that around for season 22. We plan to be competive in the following season and for many more seasons to come.
What the owner and I are looking for is a great OC and DC that know the AI very well and that either have their own packages or use the one that is in the system that is if the previous staff left them in there. We are also in need of a great STC.
The ideal OC that we are looking for is that they can run a balance attack team or switch things around against opponents keep the opposition guessing on what we are going to throw at them. None of that one dimensional team who likes to run the ball all the time or pass the ball all the time. The OC also needs to post in the forum for players to set tactics and keep the forum alive. Have a few seasons under your belt as well as being active on daily basis or as much as possible. If this is you please message me so we can talk about the position.
The ideal DC is pretty much about the same as an OC but not quite. Yes we want the DC to be experience, post tactics in the forum, have your own package or use the one that was left if its still there. We would also like for you to be active on a daily basis or as much as possible. As to how you run the defense we would prefer a 4-3 defense maybe consider the 3-4 defense. Depending on some circumstances and how we see things. If this is you then go ahead and message me so we can talk about the position that is available.
The STC just needs to know what he is doing with the special teams. I know that their is hardly anything to do as a STC. A possible few things that we ask for the agent/person apply for this position is to be active, post in the forum about his idea of the special team. If you can switch up the ST for every game or certain games on a dependence of the teams that we draw up. If this you then message me so we can talk about this position.
