Chicago vs Pain Nation, new territory for Pain Nation, can Chicago make it to the Gold League Championship game? Last game was a 35-28 thriller with Chicago winning

I'll make my picks after doing some research

Chicago is strong on both sides of the ball, so it will be extremely difficult, but I have to take my Midgets. Deluca has been spectacular this season, and I think he puts up enough points to overcome my defensive deficiencies.

PNM over C85B 37-30

I'm really not sure who to take in the SBWL vs. MG game. Both are very good and experienced teams. With PNP being out now ( ) , I think LE and zmj will gameplan ultra hard. If they don't over-think it, I think they'll eek out the win.

SBWL over MG 28-24

Should be some great games either way. GL everyone!

Well, hard to not be biased here, so I will be...

85B over PNM 31-28. Both OC's are very good and will find holes in the other team's defense, so should be a fairly high scoring game. I think it will be a close game mainly decided by field position as neither team punts. So a lucky defensive stand deep in the other team's side could be the difference here. Both teams have good return teams, so Special Team scores could also be a big factor here.

MG over SBWL 38-17. Sorry Short Bus, but I think RK is helping behind the scenes these playoff games which is accounting for MG's sudden jump in skill. Plus with SB's agent problems, MG is just too strong.

I will take the Bears but in a little different game than most think. I think the defenses stand up and make it a low scoring game. Bears 17- PNM 14

SBWL vs Maine
I think SBWL might have been the better team but I don't think they can over come their depth issues. They start out on fire and get a lead. Then run out of gas and give it up. Then Maine pulls away in the 4th. Maine gets the win 35-21

Don't forget Maine won Gold with only 7 Olineman last season.. sucks to see agent issues affecting strategy and possibly the outcome of a game.

Don't know who I'm rooting for in that game....


I can't pick the teams based on who I think is better because this is the first season since Season 10 that I haven't watched 1 sim. Last season I only watched 3-4 sims the whole season.. this season zero. It's been a nice break.

Sucks for Gerr that he has to sacrifice his own morals and whore out the OC job to get past the 2nd round. Oh snap!

Nope, I don't do anything at all and it's all guzz, jackson, the eagle, and shink. That's an all-star staff member, and it's why they are doing well. Not everyone takes regular season games seriously as you Not to mention the fact that guzz was really busy earlier in the season and we were having trouble deciding who to replace him in his absence.

Also, I never get involve in the actual game planning and I haven't touched the AI ever since I decided to quit. In fact, I rarely even check them. I do however try to help them become a better coordinator. But it's really no different than what LE is doing with the museum forum but for more exclusive members. But I've been doing this since the preseason, so no the recent success in Maine had really nothing to do with me.

Besides they were all some of the best in the business even before I started helping them. (it's why I hired them duh lol) Guzz is a PW legend, Jackson55555 was probably the 2nd best DC after me last season strictly on game planning. The eagle would have had the best no/no team if it wasn't for SAS/Dead Ed and SHINK obviously has done a great job with ST.
