Take the EQ out of agi and put it in speed. 85 agi is enough with so little speed to reach top acceleration quickly and make cuts. need more speed IMO and stam if you want to stay at top speed though. What other AEQ are you trying to get or currently upgrading?

DvG won't be much help with 80str, you might get the weight side of it to fire but maybe better to get another VA. Might try 3DS, as you look to be getting a number of PDs. Long Reach gives you a second shot at the roll if you fail the first, but 3DS will give you a bonus chance to be successful (though only on 3rd and 4th down).
