Warrior General Games

I started this thread kind of as a place to nominate who/what's best in our league. It can be anything.

For instance, I nominate the Chernobyl Glowsticks for best team name. And our (Lookouts) kicker for best hit so far this season:

That had to be embarrassing for that returner.

I nominate Butt Kicker for best single-game performance by a D-lineman. In the 64-0 win over Targzissian, he had 7 sacks for 35 yards, 1 hurry and 1 forced fumble. That's insane. My safety can't get any action because of him.

What do you like about the name Chernobyl Glowsticks?

That is a helluva game. Especially since it wasn't against Warsaw or the Bling

I just think it's a funny team name. A very unfortunate and tragic accident for sure, but a funny name, like the Three Mile Island Glowsticks or something.

This week we played the Turks in a GREAT game!We lost by 4 points but definately had our chances. It seemed like every time we would hold them to 3rd and long and every time they would get it. I dn what was up with that but it was definately dissapointing. We got another chance at the end of the game and was able to drive the ball into the redzone with a minute left where we of course threw an interceptions. Im already suspect with how the interceptions work considering every replay i watch of f ours the ball goes straight to our WR and the CB behind him ends up with it. But this final interception to seal the deal looks absolutely ridiculous! Anyways, it was an awesome game and I knew the Turks were a great team the whole season. Great game to the Turks and GL with the rest of the season
