I would like an offensive, defensive and ST asst.
I am not looking to replace any of the guys I have, rather make their lives a little easier. I know our ST coach mentioned wanting to possibly cutback, but was willing to train someone and use the help. Other then that, here is what I am looking for.
Either:
1) Someone who is new to coordinating and wants to get their feet wet. They can take their time and learn how the AI works, develop their own AI with assistance, run the show during scrimmage games, and possibly give our coordinators a break for a few games each season if necessary.
2). Someone who is expereinced but may need a break from a full time gig. They may want to do this to keep fresh on how the sim is working, so that when they want to get back in full-time, they are still up on how things are working without the fulltime commitment.
Other duties:
A little scouting here and there on upcoming opponents would be helpful. Otherwise just check in some with the coordinators when you have time to see what they need help on.
This could be an opportunity to expand our network of coordinators.
