I have never built a tackle before, and he has done pretty ok, but I don't know what to do next as far as training and skill points go.
Any help is appreciated!

you want to max out your two key primary attributes ... in this case Blocking and Agility.
Id take BLK up to 73 and then same with AGL - that should keep your SP busy for a while.

Re training, Id multi train STR SPD AGL VIS until you are ready to start adding SP to AGL. Then swap out AGL for CON or STA.

The best way to build is to train attributes one at a time, rather than spreading it out. Thus, you would train Agility up, then leave it near the rollover point when you're ready to take it to the first cap (49) with SP. Roll it over 100% training, then bring it back up to 90+ again and second-cap it (60) with SP. Keep putting SP into it until you reach the 5th or 6th ca. In the meantime, you're training your second primary attribute (Blocking) and then you can cap it the same way once Agility is finished. Strength follows as your third primary attribute and eventually you want to start 4x multi-training with that and your minors, with 20-30% training enhancement.

You spread everything out, which is really bad. You're way too far removed from an optimum build at this point but here's what I'd do to salvage him as best as possible.

1) Immediately take BLK up to 73/77/81, wherever you feel safe stopping. Train AGI in the meantime.
2) Once done with BLK, take STR up to 49 so you can train it while you buff AGI.
3) Take AGI up like you did Blocking. Train STR in the meantime, probably multi-train it with three of SPD / STA / VIS / CON.
4) Take STR up like you did Agility and Blocking. Multi-train all four secondary stats for most of the remainder of his career.
5) Cap secondaries and invest in SAs to your preference.

Looks like a non-booster, so you'll probably have to settle for the lower 73 caps on your primaries. It also means you probably won't have to light train much at all, I assume, since whatever AEQ you purchase won't need upgraded to the higher levels.

This part is far from true. Any quality dot under the new system will want to begin 4x training by no later then mid first season, preferably start of first season.

*shrug* It was a generalization to the idea that you don't want to spread out capping your attributes. Perhaps "train" wasn't the best word to start off that paragraph, although it's not strictly wrong at any rate. You need to gather BT for unlocking multi-training options anyway and, the sooner the better, 20-30% Enhanced for everything but your first attribute. ;/
