#1-Louisiana Screaming Pelicans(9-0)--Louisiana falls behind quickly in this game as Doinitin Djibouti(6-3) completely owned the first half forcing some key turnovers and capitalizing on them taking a 23-3 lead into halftime. The Pelicans were able to rebound and came out of the locker room on fire racking up three 3rd quarter touchdowns allowing Louisiana to close the gap to 24-26 heading into the 4th quarter. Midway through the fourth, Ebony _ extended the Djibouti lead to 29-24 with a 32 yard FG with 7:55 to go. On the Pelicans next drive, the drove down the field to take the lead for good when -=Champ=- Mark Brunell connected with -=Champ=- Mike Bell on a 13 yard touchdown pass that ended up being the game winner. The Djibouti out-gained Louisiana but it wasn't enough. Louisiana was led on offense by -=Champ=- Mike Bell who finished with 11 total yards ad the game winning TD. On defense, -=Champ=- Jeff Charleston had another nice game with 6 tackles, 2 sacks, 2 hurries and a TFL. Louisiana will take their show on the road when the face the FOUR HORSEMEN(1-8) on Tuesday.

#2 Texas Lone Stars(9-0)-The Lone Stars extends their wining streak to 9 games and holds on to the #2 slot after cruising over the Windsor Nobles(3-5), 38-12. This was a tight ball game through three quarters as Texas took a 10-9 lead into the final stanza. In the 4th however, it was all Lone Stars as they racked 28 fourth quarter points led by 3 monster kick and punt returns by Liquid Foot for 80, 70, and 83 yards that ended any dream of an upset or comeback. The Lone Stars were led on offense by Power Back Jr who grinded out 33 yards rushing and a TD. On defense, Stan Charbonnet finished with 6 tackles, TFL, 3 PD's and an INT. Liquid foot was the player of the game with his returns. The #2 Lone Stars will try to protect their winning streak and #2 ranking when they host the #4 L.A. Halos on Tuesday in the game of the week.

#3 Village Dogs(7-2)-The Village Dogs have a thriller against the World Legends(4-5) and come out on top late, 31-23. Both teams traded 10 point swings, with the Legends scoring 10 unanswered first quarter points and The Dogs doing the same in the second quarter taking both teams into the locker room tied at 10. The Village Dogs lived off the big play in this game with Arthur Jackson connecting on three long TD passes of 56, 63, and the game clincher with 2:38 to go into the game for 63 yards to Mario Henry after the Legends had closed the gap to only one point. The Village Dogs were led on offense by Arthur Jackson who went 13/21for 313 yards and 3 TD's. Landon Wright had a big game with 8 receptions for 159 yards and a TD. On defense, Jack Rosewood closed with 7 tackles, 1 hurry and 2 PD's. The Village Dogs travel to face the #9 Osaka Storm(5-4) on Tuesday, a team that has lost 3 out of 4 in the meat of their schedule.

#4-L.A. Halos(7-2) -The Halos have a wild one against Osaka nearly handing them the game with some key fumbles early and giving up another trademark kick-return late, but come back to win in OT 30-27 when End "Zone" Freak took over and drove the Halos down the field with a little over 3 minutes to go to tie the game. Halos won the toss in OT and drove down with field without any problems to kick the game winner breaking Osaka's heart. The Halos were led on offense by End "Zone" Freak who torched the Storm for 362 yards, a TD on 27/39. The defense kept Osaka off the field for the most part, and were led by Bully who finished with 4 tackles and a FF. The #4 Halos will have another tough one coming up as they the undefeated and #2 Texas Lone Stars(9-0) on Tuesday in the game of the week.

#5-Doinitin Djibouti(6-3)-The Djibouti give the #1 Louisiana Pelicans(9-0) all they can handle but come up short. #6 Mayan Prophecy 2012(5-4)-The Mayan have now won 5 in a row after dropping their first 4 of the season and come out on top against the Stuttgart Blitzkrieg(2-9), 28-14, scoring a touchdown in every quarter. This was a tight game with the Prophecy taking a 14-7 lead into halftime, but Stuttgart had no answer offensively until late in the game when they closed the gap to 7 points after Flammenwerfer connected with Lewis Medlock on a 5 yard TD with 1:40 left to go in the game, but the Mayan quickly answered when Coolhand Luke hit Sperms of Endearment on a 53 TD screen that put the game out of reach for good. The Prophecy were led on offense by Coolhand Luke who rushed for 75 yards and had a TD. On defense, Matthew Douglas II racked up 8 tackles and 2 PD's. The #6 Mayan will host Cheers is filmed in front of a live studio audience(4-5) on Tuesday in a big game for both teams.

#7t Czech Yourself(8-1)-Czech Yourself has their winning streak come to an end at 28 games when they fall to Great Songs(6-3), 33-9 in a route. This was a close match-up early as both struggled to move to the ball, but Great Songs went into the locker room with a 10-6 lead and feeling good. In the 3rd quarter they extended that lead to 17-6 when Oleander Why I'm Here picked off a Brody Ruetz pass and took it 30 yards for a TD that ended any chance at a comeback for Czech as Songs went on to outscore Yourself 16-3 in the 4th quarter running away with it. Great Songs was led on offense by A Perfect Circle Judith who finished with 39 yards rushing and 2 TDs. On defense a couple of players had big games, led by Hole Doll Parts who finished with 4 tackles, 4 sacks and 3 hurries and Oleander Why I'm Here ended with 4 tackles, INT, and a TD. Czech falls to the #7 slot and will have a tough match-up on Tuesday when they host the #7 Half Moon Bay Breakers(8-1) in the western conferences game of the week.

#7t Half Moon Bay Breakers(8-1) The Half Moon Bay Breakers move back into the poll in the #7 spot after crushing the Tangiers Cape Buffalo(0-9) 90-3. The outcome was never in doubt as the Breakers racked up over 700 yards of total offense in the blowout. The Breakers were led on offense by Stephen "Wheelchair Crazy" Hawking Jr. who had 268 total yards and 5 TD's. On defense, Marvin "Mouth" McFadden racked up 8 tackles and a PD. The Breakers will play in the game of the week for the western conference when they face Czech Yourself(8-1) in a battle that could determine the #1 seed in the conference on Tuesday.

#9 Osaka Storm(5-4)-The Osaka Storm get some key turnovers early, and take a 20-10 lead into halftime but end up falling in OT to the #L.A. Halos(7-2), 30-27. This was a wild one against Osaka with the Halos nearly handing the Storm the game with some key fumbles early and giving up another trademark kick-return late, but the Halos put it together and came back to win in OT 30-27 when End "Zone" Freak took over and drove the Halos down the field with a little over 3 minutes to go to tie the game. Halos won the toss in OT and drove down with field without any problems to kick the game winner breaking Osaka's heart. Osaka was led on offense by Earl "Curly" Lambeau who finished with 3 receptions for 82 yards and a TD. On defense, Farve Sucks finished with 8 tackles and a forced fumble in the loss. It doesn't get any easier for Osaka as they have lost 3 out of 4 and face #3 Village Dogs on Tuesday.

#10 Tradewest Battletoads-(5-4)-Tradewest falls down to the #10 slot after the Canucklehead Brigade(2-7) have their way with them crushing the Toads, 44-10. The Brigade controlled this game fro the onset, but Tradewest scored first with a 47 yard FG by Boots McToad midway through the 1st quarter but then it was all Brigade as they score 23 unanswered points to close the first half with a 23-3 lead. In the second half it was no different as Canucklehead outscore Tradewest 21-7 in the 2nd half. The Brigade defense was stout holding the Toads to negative yards rushing. The Brigade were led on offense by See Ya! who rushed for 142 yards and 2 TD's. On defense they were led by Pure weaponry! who had a big game with 7 tackles, 6 sacks, 4 hurries and a TFL. Tradewest will try and regroup when they travel to face the World Legends(4-5) on Tuesday in a game that could have playoff implications.

GG Mayan...........I wouldn't have guessed our 4 FG's would have been enough to win. Thank god we have a damn good DC.

I am struggling scoring points. Running game works but it doesn't really translate to points with my horrendous red zone calls. Those 5 WR set calls were complete fail and why they kept getting called inside the 10 is beyond me.

Great game, and that late pick still hurts. Once I saw that I knew we were in trouble.

Agreed! Normally you guys make sure Porter Colarossi can't get on the field too often. But should we face off in the POs I have to come up with some crazy stuff to kill that running game since I'm sure you won't make that mistake twice!
