Also, you have 62 vision, no need to waste so many VA on JTS.

I would:

1) Get Str up ASAP, way up.
2) Next season, take down JTS to no more than 5, move the rest to Streaky (in my opinion). While you're at it, move some VA from PR to Streaky as well (max. it to 15)
3) Stop putting any more points to Superior Vision, doesn't help you much to justify the cost.
4) Time to try to get FS, SB, and TV to 10 ASAP

Start from there and you should see production increase.
