Cap speed, then cap tackling (since it's so high) then run speed on up to 81 or so before moving on to anything else. Suggest a multi-train on str/vis/sta/jum

39 days old. Probably best if you retire and tried again. Age based leagues really hurt players not built on day 40.

Since you're a combo you really want to focus on training agility ahead of stamina or vision, if you're going to keep him. Plus switch all equipment to speed. No more SP in tackling for a while. Keep working speed up as you train agility.
