On the closing speed SA description the word received is misspelled "receivied". Knit-picking I know.

no wonder things dont get filed. Typo's are unprofessional from a business standpoint and realistically should be fixed no matter what. Probably just contact support so you dont have to do any work would be the easiest.

I'm not sure that's what he meant. I understood him to mean that he was going to see if there was a way to get somebody to fix it right away versus filing it away with the heap.
Maybe I'm wrong

You are correct. Filing something usually takes much longer to get things like typo's fixed.
