What happened to my ROLB on this play?

I know its not a pee-wee game but this team is built to get pee-wee agents some respect at the upper levels and so far it's as advertised so I was hoping for some advice on why this guy went retarded.

BTW, his assignments on teh play were FB Weak/HB Weak/Zone

Known bug. Anytime a LB is assigned to the person getting the screen, the LB way over pursues to the outside.
