So, you wasted 10 SP getting it to 17. even if you like the SA, you'd be better off changing one AE over to another BB% or BT piece

I agree with this, and would say the same for ANY SA. Even zomg whoa overpowered ones like spin.

I've had dots with 18-21 in an SA before, most notably a FS with either 18 or 21 SV, I forget which. The gain after 10 is simply not worth it.
