OK... the idea behind having our own plays is to be able to share them among the teams we DC for, etc, etc.... so why is it that when I move MY plays to one of my teams, does it basically create a new play that is a copy of the original.... the problem with that is... if I use a play over 2 different teams... and I want to make a change to that play... I have to edit it in each individual team's playbook.... a change to a play in MY plays does not propagate down to the teams that I use that play in.... I know the code has already been written for all this, but that seems like something that should be changed.

I would want just the opposite of you because I adjust the plays based on the level/speed of the Dots.

I would prefer to be able to take care of that at the team level... create a play as a copy of the original and make the adjustment there.

You're not using it right.
In the AI, use a play from MY PLAYS. When you make a change in MY PLAYS from your tactics page (grey link at top of home page), it will change the play for all AI's it's being used in.

If you are copying the plays and using them on a team level, then yes, you'll have to edit them for each individual team. If you want a play to be universal for all teams you DC for then you need to use MY PLAYS.
