If you are worried about pancakes then
1) You are level 12 in a league where the average appears to be about 14
2) Sell your equip with a stamina bonus, replace with strength bonus
3) Your stamina of 30 is fine for now, no more points needed there.
4) Dump points heavily into strength
5) Get 1 or 2 more points in pancake
