Analysis added. Im sure I've made a mistake or two, but I'm sure this will be enough to generate a bit of discussion:

Rank, Team, Record, Streak

1 - Knossos Minotaurs 6-0 W9

Last Game: Seville Naranjas W 22-17
Next Game: Messina Blazers

Strong team, with wins over Montcuq and Seville and 9 game win streak are consensus #1 for now. Look out for tricky 4 game streak to end their season: Vice City, Yorkshire, Dorset and Wales.

2 - Spaniard Quebrantagüesos 6-0 W7

Last Game: Lyon Loups W 34-10
Next Game: Munchen Lions

Very good side, already beaten conference rival Stirling and will be ready to pounce if/when Knossos slip up. Week 17 will be a belter against Montcuq, and might even be a Championship game warm up!

3 - Montcuq Berserker Trolls 5-1 W1

Last Game: Dorset Stampede W 23-14
Next Game: Hamburg Likedeeler

Narrow defeat against Knossos, but wins against other top teams sees them at #3. Nice schedule until week 11 when they face the Knights and Naranjas in consecutive weeks before finishing off against the Spaniards!

4 - Stirling Crusaders 5-1 W4

Last Game: Yorkshire Rippers W 33-16
Next Game: Turin Blue Jays

Upset win against Wales and close defeat against the Spaniards suggest Stirling will be fierce competitors right to week 17.

5 - Dorset Stampede 5-1 L1

Last Game: Montcuq Trolls L 23-14
Next Game: Seville Naranjas

Dorset here on merit with narrow defeat to Montcuq and season opening win over the Knights. Still have tough schedule remaining and will be looking to continue their fine performances!

6 - Vice City Crack Whores 5-1 W2

Last Game: Messina Blazers W 43-0
Next Game: Ahlen Aces

Victory over Seville and defeat in a shootout versus Montcuq sees the Crack Whores (great nickname/insult?) at #6. Three game run against Yorkshire, Knossos and Dorset will determine how high they finish.

7 - Yorkshire Knights 5-1 W5

Last Game: Black Watch W 23-13
Next Game: Dublin Destroyers

Since losing in week 1 against Dorset the Knights have won 5 on the spin. Weeks 11-15 will determine their final position as they face Montcuq, Vice City, Seville and Knossos in a rough 4 game run.

8 - Wales Whales 5-1 W1

Last Game: St Michaels Blica W 48-0
Next Game: Bergen Black Bears

Immensley talanted and will be no suprise to see them finish much higher then #8 but defeat to Striling has hurt them. Will have one eye on match versus the Spaniards, and week 17 game against Knossos will be massive!

9 - Seville Naranjas 4-2 L2

Last Game: Knossos Minotaurs L 22-17
Next Game: Dorset Stampede

Narrow defeats to Vice City and Knossos sees Seville at #9. Still a team with plenty of talent, but 2 defeats is difficult to ignore right now. Tough game against Dorset next up is a must win!

10 - Bath Killer Bees 5-1

Last Game: Bergen Black Bears W 23-17
Next Game: Copenhagen Armadillos

Bath's more convincing victoy over Bergen sees them ahead of Munchen at #10. Week 9 will be big game against Munchen.

Game of the Week: Dorset Stampede v Seville Naranjas

Let me know what you think.

I think they're a little too slept on. haha

If no one notice, my team; St.Michaels Blicas" (1-4) held the Spaniard to a field goal game, they're not as "strong" as you think. They just need to be out strategized.

The Whales are a FAR better team than the Yorkshire Knights...they're only "power" is their running game and that's NOTHING compared to the Bath Killer Bees. If anything the Knights should be at the bottom of that list.

I'm waiting for your analysis but I think Spaniards and Stirling are overvalued and Wales could be above at least one or two places. My opinion before your analysis :

1 - Knossos Minotaurs

2 - Montcuq Berserker Trolls

3 - Dorset Stampede

4 - Spaniard Quebrantagüesos

5 - Vice City Crack Whores

6 - Wales Whales

7 - Yorkshire Knights

8 - Stirling Crusaders

9 - Bath Killer Bees

10 - Seville Naranjas

To take a look--> München (hehe, tomorrow we play against them)

By the way the only important thing is which of this four Zeta teams could be in the final against only one Alpha team, and what could happen then

Another importan thing in Zeta Conference.

Stirling has played against the three other ranked teams and now they are second (5-1). In their last match they play against Aces so they could finish 15-1.

While Bath, Wales and Spaniards must still play our games late in the season and finally in the last match Wales plays against Knossos and we (Spaniard) play against Trolls.

So the only who has a good schedule in this Conference is Stirling.

How are we (Stirling) over valued when we beat 2 other teams in your top ten and held the Spaniards to a close game?
Plus we have league leaders in almost every category, and considering how we faired last year, i'd say we've made a huge improvement.

Just my $0.02

I don't understand why the München isn't taken a little bit serious as a competition for the championship run, look at our results and our players sure we need some but quite a good team, but just make the mistake and let us win hehe, will be my plessure

beat the spaniard this afternoon and you'd be in

and if you wanna get in, just pull away my trolls and take a seat if you feel happy to be in a power ranking

Stirling should be in front of us in Martin Rankings because of their streak, and also a good W over the Whales ... proving that it's not only about the level...

Nicely done. I appreciate the votes for Knossos, but we need to really shore up our offense to stay at the top.

I hate putting my team down.

But I agree. Our ranking in THIS poll is higher than it should be. I feel we fall in the #5-#6 area.

While our win over Wales was huge. It wasn't the offense that got it done, it was on ONE play while Wales was driving for the win. We got a pick 6 and took the game from them.

As for the Bee's. I think we deserved that win with our gameplan and whatever else I pulled from my sleeve.

Our schedule was brutal to start the year. We have so many lower level players than the other teams its not funny. However, our builds, I think are all similar to everyone else's.

If we control our turnovers (like that is ACTUALLY possible) and keep on top of our game plans we have a SMALL shot at going 15-1.

Can it be done? Absolutely. As I told the Wales owner and GM in pm's. I fear for our playoff re-match. I think they are going to be one hell of a team later on.

As always, we appreciate the ranking and hope to see EVERYONE on that list in the playoffs this season!

Best of luck to all teams!!

BobbyBlackk - I look forward to seeing your own, more accurate rankings after todays games. Are Wales a far better team then Stirling too?
