I'm interested in buying a regional pro competitive team, but don't have the time to coach it. Anybody interested in the job?

I'll only do it if you let me run it into the ground and get your players less than max play time

ok well I'll still be happy to run it into the ground for you. I'll need access to the finance system, contracts, and preferably tactics so that I can have hilariously bad play calls.

I think it starts with having a team and players to coach first. No one is going to volunteer to coach, only to find out your team is full of CPU players because you can't recruit players for it.
