I recently purchased my team and will admit im not the most experienced but i am serious about getting this team to the playoffs and possibly a championship. I have done a pretty good job recruiting and i need the coaching to go with it. You need need to be the most experienced coordinator but a few seasons under your belt would make me consider you more.
