I never got a full understanding about this, so here goes:
Do SA's use the added value of custom equipment to make a skill work, or do they strictly use the core value? Specifically, if my FS had say a 45 in Vision that was boosted by +8 due to equipment, would the Super Vision SA recognize the 45 value or the 37 value?...
