The Easter Island Moai have been under my ownership since it was created in Season 3. We have a 63% regular season winning record. We have been to the playoffs 12 out of 17 seasons. We are a member of The Matrix. About half of our roster is composed of veteran agents, many of which have been with the team for ten or more seasons. We have $77 million in the bank. And we have cheerleaders in grass skirts.
But we still do not have any hardware on the team page.
And with my new job, I no longer have the time to devote to the team that it deserves. So I am looking for a Head Coach who can take the reins and drive the team to a championship. You will have a free hand to do what you believe needs to be done.
The team already has an OC, DC, CFO & ST coach. But you can bring in your own people if you feel the need. Most of the players were built for this team, so the agents are open to build suggestions.
We will be short about 8-10 players for next season. I will not have the time to do much recruiting this off season either.
