LOLB is running full speed with our speed TE. A WR behind him is running full speed the opposite direction.

But yet teh LOLB can stop on a dime... and catch up to the WR and make the tackle.

that LB should be nowhere in the play. period

If you go frame-by-frame you will see the LOLB actually stops and accelerates. If you go about 35 frames into the play you'll be able to see it. At full speed its just not noticeable.
