Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't Rome move to #7 with a win and a Crib loss because Rome beat Crib in the regular season?

Yeah, was going to whine about it, but then realized I don't particularly want to face any of the teams listed....lol

The Bears can take the #1 spot with a win since they have the tie breaker on the Philosophers

The Pimps will move to at least 3rd over PNP/Bears loser with an auto win over SAS. They can then jump all the way to 2 if LB beat the Philosophers.

It is a little weird in the West. The top 4 are decided and 5-8 are decided. But none of the seeds/matchups are. I can find legit scenarios where the Pimps could play anyone of the current 5-8......hmmmmmm

I guess any advanced scouting could be pointless

Are playoff seeds determined differently than regular season rankings? Reason I ask is that my Bears have the same record as The Philosophers, but are currently ranked #2 even with the head-to-head win.

That's with 3 way ties. Chicago wins this week ... they should be 1st.

No it is the same. And honestly I don't know why you all are at #2. I am pretty sure it goes Head to Head and then Points Allowed and then points scored. So maybe it calculates head to head based on head to head wins. Philo has 1 85 has 1 PNP has 0. So it put PNP at 3rd then goes to points allowed to determine 1st and 2nd (it does not go back to head to head).

I am just guessing on the head to head calculation because that is the only thing that makes sense.

And of course it is all irrelevant to the final ranking. PNP and 85 play so they will no longer be tied. If philo wins they will be tied with the winner of this game. They have the head to head win vs PNP but the loss to 85.
