That FB weak screen pass is bugged all to hell and they won't correct it. Hell, almost every weak side screen of any type is FUBAR (from D side not O, obviously.) Let's just add it to the tail end of the huge D bug-list for now.

Couple things I'd mention.... lot of times from what I can tell if you just tell a defensive player to cover a RB/FB out of the backfield and don't specify (strong/weak), you will see some hesitation before figuring out where to go. Also, you also have the ROLB reading for the FB weak in your play and simply put the LOLB may have been waiting to see if his other assignments would come out (HB Strong).

But I will say that especially with screens as Dr. E mentions, if you assign someone to cover a RB/FB that runs a screen that definitely doesn't guarantee them just following them out on the screen. That's been the norm thus far.

So I'm going to mark it as NOT LIKELY A BUG but feel free to throw more replays if you see it happening more.

Looks to me like the LOLB is just waiting to see what happens to see if he needs to check to those other reads. Once the FB catches it he gets of there. So im going to have to agree with rock here.

The LB follows the FB from the start, stops while the balls in the air, and then continues to the target of the pass once it is caught. It looks a little goofy on the replay, but I agree that I don't think it is a bug.

NOT LIKELY A BUG.
