I have it like this. But I use two specific settings:
Do not rate all games equal. Preseason games assigned a Zero value (most teams still signing players and few are game planning in preseason, so it skews the rankings to use them later)
Yes count team talent

I don't use Preseason games. Not sure what your point is?
