I have a team that is full of CPU players and I plan on keeping it that way. What I am offering is for a coordinator (offense or defense, doesn't matter) to come aboard, preferably someone who is looking to get their feet wet in the AI without having to worry about the pressures of winning immediately. I will turn over complete control of the offense/defense to this person to run it how they see fit, working with the AI and getting used to the nuances being the main point.
